Join us as we bring our creative paint and sip experience to Warren County. In 2020 the magnitude, combined with the limited attendance, prohibited the Farmers’ Fair from taking place. The Balloon Festival went on to celebrate its 20th year, along with longtime sponsor Warren County Community College at their Washington location.
